HOW IT WORKS

THE PROCESS

Call or email us and tell us what you have to remove. One of our experts will discuss the situation

and provide you with a general estimate that is meant to give you a ballpark idea of what to expect.

Upon arrival, we will fine tune the estimate if it is significantly different that described to give you

the most fair and accurate price. Our rates are normally based on volume. Our standard load size is

25 cubic yards and this is enough for most junk removal jobs we typically see.  We are happy to

give free quotes over the phone but there are times when the job is anything but typical.  This is

why we always give you an onsite estimate, up­front before starting the job.

Once we have reached an understanding, our crew will get to work right away and remove all

your unwanted items quickly and efficiently. We will even broom sweep all areas where junk was

removed!

Please note: Our Minimum rates start at $75.00 which includes the cost of uniformed employees,

mileage, loading, sorting (if needed) and disposal fees. If you think your load may be too small for

our minimum rates, please do call. We may be able to provide a "Piggy Back", which means we

can still show up if we are working in the area and give you a LOWER minimum rate! Be advised,

a "Piggy Back" is routed to fit our schedule and economize our fuel costs. Our goal is to give the

best estimate depending on your junk removal needs. Our prices will vary depending upon the

difficulty of the job.
